To address this, I modified the Love2D framework to support any resolution while preserving the aspect ratio. For instance, if your game is designed to run at 1920x1080, Love2D Game Maker creates a window with that resolution, scales it to fit the mobile screen, and ensures the aspect ratio is maintained.
