What the store says
Cuffbook is the notebook that sits next to your blood pressure monitor. It does not measure anything. No app can — your iPhone has no cuff, and the ones that imply otherwise are guessing. You read the numbers off your own monitor and type them in. Cuffbook keeps them in the shape a clinic asks for, works out the average, and prints the page you take to your appointment. THE RUN, DONE PROPERLY Most home-monitoring instructions ask for the same thing: sit quietly for five minutes, take two readings a minute apart, morning and evening, for seven days — and leave the first day out of the average, because first days read high. Cuffbook is built around exactly that. It tells you which occasion is next, waits out the minute between the two readings, shows what is still missing, and averages over the right days. If your clinic asked for something different, change how long the run is or whether day one counts. IT NEVER TELLS YOU WHAT YOUR NUMBERS MEAN No thresholds. No red and green. No "normal" and no "high". Cuffbook does arithmetic on the readings you entered and stops there. Reading blood pressure is your clinician's job. FREE, FOREVER, NO ADS • Unlimited readings — there is no cap and never will be • The full run and its average • Morning and evening reminders • The last 30 days, charted • A Home Screen widget showing what today still needs CUFFBOOK PRO • The one-page PDF record for your appointment: every reading, the average, and a line saying the numbers came from your own monitor • Every reading you have ever entered, charted • CSV export • More than one person sharing the same cuff NOTHING LEAVES THIS IPHONE No account. No sign-in. No cloud. No analytics and no advertising identifier. Your readings live in one place — this phone — and one button in Settings deletes every one of them. The app works with no connection at all. Cuffbook is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or nurse.
