The final service terms still require operator facts and review.
AppTrendKit is currently positioned as a free public iOS beta with no checkout enabled. Its research pages use observed store evidence and clearly labeled modeled estimates, but those product facts are not a substitute for reviewed legal terms governing use of the service.
Pre-launch draft
This is not the final Terms of Service and is intentionally noindex. The owner must confirm the legal operator, jurisdiction, launch scope, support process, and any jurisdiction-specific requirements before final terms are published.
Product facts the final terms should reflect
The legal text should match the service users actually receive at launch rather than a generic SaaS template.
- The public beta currently has no paid checkout enabled.
- Download and gross-consumer-spend figures shown as estimates are modeled research outputs, not official Apple or publisher totals.
- Coverage can be partial, historical, or unavailable; methodology and evidence labels are part of the product experience.
Owner input still required
The final terms need the real contracting/operator identity, governing-law/jurisdiction decisions, contact details, account rules if accounts remain enabled, acceptable-use boundaries, disclaimers, and any other provisions appropriate to the actual business and launch market.
