  “Takes my money but doesn’t place the order.. I’ve always ordered Walmart delivery due to the lines always being long and feeling stressed in store. This year I’ve haven’t been able to due so because the app doesn’t work at all. I’ll place my monthly delivery order and it’ll take HUNDREDS OF MY MONEY! But then say there was an app error and the funds are insufficient. This first time this happened Walmart held over $600+ dollars (they charged me twice) for days. When I called about it they always say that “if the order wasn’t placed then we can’t refund you you’ll have to wait.” The chat bot does not work. Honestly it’s extremely frustrating.”

  “Very very slow. Money needs to be invested in the app no matter what phone I use no matter what time the app is always slow and freezing. It's one of the reasons why I don't recommend it for anyone else to use it even though the delivery is very convenient for groceries.”

  “App is difficult to navigate. I could not order the total quantity I wanted. I could not get all shipped on the same day until I deleted some items. Things were in my cart from many months ago and it was difficult to find out how to remove them. Programmers don’t seem to have done effective user testing. I won’t be using this app much unless it gets easier to use. I will likely cancel the Plus membership after the minimum of 30 days. The app is supposed to make things easier to order and have shipped…it does NOT.”

  “A horrible app. This app is unusable it’s so bad. Especially if you are disabled. If you ha e trouble you can talk to an AI that doesn’t speak English or a call center in India where no one speaks English. There’s no way to find what you want, only what they want to show you. I tried the Walmart+ delivery twice. They don’t actually deliver to your house they just leave the order wherever they want. In my case it was a mile down the road in the sun. I had to get it with my wheelchair and I almost died and went to the hospital. Second try the lost my prescriptions apparently and it was back to the hospital for me. I have spent approximately $600 on medications and groceries and received less than $100 in usable items. Anything frozen will be wrecked. Medications will be delivered after they were left in the sun in the back of a pickup truck for hours. Half the items it says it can’t deliver with no explanation. Help is strictly through an AI that answers I don’t have guidance on that issue. Items you do get will have been substituted out for some food you can’t eat if you’re diabetic. They’ll bring items from the same brand but often not the right product. It does matter.”

  “Don’t update- crashes. I updated my Walmart app tonight after being prompted to do so from the app. As soon as it updated, I tried to open it and the screen turns blue and within 1 second, closes itself out. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I restarted my phone, I am running iOS 18.6, all the app settings are correct, I have more than enough storage, I cleared out any cache, I tried in airplane mode and it still won’t work. Walmart chat is zero help.”

  “Absolute Worst App. It baffles me how a multimillion dollar corporation can’t invest time into their own app. I’m not shopping here literally ever again because I can’t even place an order without it fing freezing 18 times. So greedy it’s disgusting. Not a care in the world for the consumer. So tired of this trend.”
