“Terrible app that I have to use. The app is slow, buggy, freezes, etc. regardless of the device you use it on, it’s like using an app from 2010 on a prepaid android device. For delivery you kinda have to use it. Grocery ordering is a weekly frustration that my wife and I dread doing, 90% because of the app. It’s 2026… you’d think that such a large store would have apps equal to companies a fraction of their size.”

“Using the Walmart app. I love the convenience of being able to place delivery and pick up orders especially as a busy mom who also lives 20 minutes from town. One thing I do have a complaint about is the app crashing so often, it does it every time I am placing an order. I can be at home, in town, or anywhere and it is always going to start glitching out and freezing up. I’m not sure why it does this but sometimes it is really bad and makes it impossible to put a quick order in. It also cuts into the time I have to get my order place before my reservation expires so I am always having to reserve another time. I hope it is just bug fixes that can be fixed soon! I never write reviews but thought maybe this would be helpful for y’all to know incase you didn’t already. Besides that we love having delivery and pick up options and are proud customers!”

“Bait and switch. First said I got free delivery. Then was going to charge me for delivery. I realized the free delivery was because the sign up for Walmart+ option was checked by default (sneaky). So, I switched to free pickup. Then said 2 of 6 items had to be shipped. Gave me free shipping, but was going to charge me for the pickup. I had to fight with the app to get 6 of 6 items set for free pickup. Would have been quicker to have just gone to the store than fighting with this stupid app.”

“Won’t let me remove from reorder list. Hi devs, I ordered the most awful cookies a while back and the app won’t let me remove them from the reorder list. When I choose remove from list a box pops up that asks “remove from list?” With an X to the right. The blue confirm choice is obscured from view, making the X the only choice. Please fix.”

“Taking money. They take my money and then don’t deliver the order and then I have to fight for my money back. It’s a struggle, but it’s the only place around that will deliver sometimes.”
