“Missing food. Two times I’ve had orders delivered that was missing food and grab makes it next to impossible to get the missing items or a refund. Grab is not good when it comes to mistakes”

“Overpriced and terrible customer support. The prices are higher than buying directly from a restaurant and the coupons are basically fake discounts. When a rider or restaurant cancels, your order gets stuck for hours and there’s no way to get any customer support.”

“Foreigners Pay 50% More than Locals. Saw this app consistently charged me 50% more than my wife who has a local Indonesian phone. Clearly this app uses dynamic pricing (IP address, IMEI, phone model, or other details). In talking to multiple drivers, this higher foreigner cost is kept by Grab and drivers do not get an increased fare when they accept me as a customer.”

“Massive Delays with No Compensation. My order came after 1 hour and 20 mins on a standard delivery order. This is because of grab’s multiple order handling system and the rider taking too long with other orders. It’s grab’s way of urging you to use the Priority delivery and make you pay more to get your food in a proper state. Disgusting and greedy company. I highly do not recommend ordering from this app.”

“Be careful—final price always higher. I have been using this extensively in Thailand and Grab has the nasty habit of upgrading/increasing fare WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Today it was +50% quoted fare for no apparent reason!!!!! Note constant advertising/spam of 5-10 notifications per day. I have had to silence this App.”

“Got suspended by a 3.8 star rider. Your trash affiliate MoveIt got me suspended after using Grab for so many years. Some 3.8 star motorbike rider got me suspended even though he literally crashed while i was riding with him. You guys need to reactivate my account and suspend the terrible 3.8 star driver.”
