“Terrible Customer Service. Selected today’s date for a booking and received a confirmation for two Months ahead on a random date. Customer service was no help after waiting 30m on the phone to resolve nothing I was forced to book somewhere else and report the transaction as fraud instead of coming to a reasonable resolution.”

“Reservation included things that the property rejected. We expected breakfasts to be provided. They were not. We had to pay over and above our reservation quotes. Further, not all fees were included. For the price we were paying these extra charges were just annoying nickel and dime things but it’s a matter of principle. Provide what is quoted or get out of the business.”

“Messages interface blocked by banner. Unable to view necessary messages because of a wide pop-up banner about "Avoiding Suspicious Activity" blocking them. The banner exceeds the screen width and can't be moved out of the way or closed because The "x" to close it is off the screen. Since the app automatically opens when trying to view booking messages, the only way to view my booking messages is to delete the app (and use my browser instead).”

“Not worth the price. Nice pool and lazy river-rooms are awful. Turn out the lights and out come roaches. Ants in the drawers and mattresses so old they have permanent dips in them. No one was able to sleep. Events on the list did not occur. Very disappointed for the price paid. We ended up leaving.😔”
