“Hacked. Someone hacked my account and I got the email about it being changed but no where to say I didn’t do it can’t get a hold of customer service unless you’re signed in and I can’t sign in because someone changed my information”

“Please Fix This Bug. It is very difficult to check the size of an article of clothing that I’ve ordered. It’s apparently in the product name but the product name gets cut off so that’s not helpful. That’s apparently the only indication of size. My work around is to hit “buy again” and see the size that’s added to my cart.”

“Getting worse. Needs dark mode. Algorithm is worse every day. Frequent items in cart get shipped when I did NOT order them. Search function is almost useless. They are so greedy they forgot to eliminate what I did not ask for, leading to many returns. I should not have to read every word of every review of every description in order to find the information that I am looking for only to have their sellers lie anyway. Stop selling me polyester and telling me that it’s rayon. A simple task will prove it.”

“AI wrecked the app. Every few searches the AI dialogue takes over to open a chat instead of give me results. So I have to click a button to exit this dialogue and view my results… only after the spinning wheel of death finally decides that actually moving on to product results is ok. Then when I do see products, half of the pages fail to load within 1 minute, where it used to be nearly instantaneous. Then when I finally get to view a product page, and try to scroll through the images, I again face severe lag issues with interactive images that fully hang the app, and require a hard reset, on a regular basis. If there is a way to opt-out, or even reduce the amount of AI presence within the app, I haven’t found it. It worked infinitely smoother a couple years ago, and just keeps going down the drain.”

“Absolutely Terrible App. Shopping Shouldn’t Be This Hard.. ⭐ 1/5 Amazon’s app is a complete usability disaster. Something that should take 1–2 clicks turns into 30 minutes of frustration and confusion. I tried to select Whole Foods as my pickup location, and this ridiculous app kept trying to deliver my order to my billing address instead. How the hell is something so basic this complicated? The checkout process is confusing, unintuitive, and unbelievably frustrating. Amazon is a trillion-dollar company, yet its mobile shopping experience feels like a broken mess. Whoever designed this checkout flow seriously needs to rethink their job. I’m done wasting my time. I’m not ordering anything. Fix your damn app, Amazon. This is embarrassing.”
