“Account being flagged for no reason. All i get is ai replies from support. Account has been flagged 4 times in the past 10 days, 3 times in the past 36 hours for no reason. I text my friend, i get flagged. I text my uncle, i get flagged. I don't receive a code because of an error from your end, i get flagged. This is unacceptable, and of course all i will get is another ai response with zero explanation to the cause of these errors.”

“Account ban without any explanation or option to provide details. My account was hacked. I immediately alerted WhatsApp and my contacts, then followed recovery procedures and regained access. My account was subsequently banned without explanation. I've contacted support repeatedly, no explanation.”

“Please fix this issue in iPhone Duo when folded.. The call buttons in a chat are positioned right above the keyboard. Please move them to the top of the screen. When I type, my finger often accidentally hits one of the buttons and makes an unintended call.”

How is this private when it’s connected to FB by them automatically.And why do I have the burden of finding which setting I need to randomly change because things are automatically done without my permission.Such as I’m being forced to verify my FB account by getting an unwanted message sent to my WhatsApp when I chose to use my password.It won’t let me and loops back to WhatsApp verification which I didn’t agree to…but they sent the message there anyway so my choice and my privacy are over ridden”

“Slow and Laggy. This used to be a good app, but recently messages are taking way too long to get to the server. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, turned the phone off and on, but it seems like this app has simply petered out. Perhaps Meta should try to get ALL their apps up to par and not simply collect them.”
