“Great game sorry customer service. I truly love this game but the app locked up and will not open. I don’t want to delete the app and start over as I have been playing this daily for over a year and don’t want to lose what I have achieved. I emailed the developer 3 days ago and CRICKETS…… I’m starting to believe they kicked me off on purpose because I never have to open the constant barrage of ads. TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!”

“Ridiculously frustrating. I’ve been playing for a couple months, and every time, the game shuts down after five or six plays. So my progress disappears. I start to earn points toward diamonds after 5 plays, and without fail, it shuts down. I can restart and it will work properly, but I’m really sick of wasting my efforts on this problem. And there’s no way to access customer support. Why not???”

“Guess I'm done with this game. I actually kind of enjoyed it, but with the recent glitch where the app wouldn't open for a day, by the time I saw it needed to be updated, it was too late. As we know, for most apps, uninstalling and reinstalling is one of the first steps your try when something is going on with it. Now the game wants me to start over from the very beginning. I was thousands of levels in and... There's just no way I'm starting all over. It still knows my username when I open the app so why didn't it save my progress? I don't know, but I'm done. It was good while it lasted, though. Just challenging enough to be fun, but not enough to be frustrating.”

“Used to be great. I play this game daily, but since this update where they introduced these card packs instead of paying players in usable forms of currency to purchase other things (hammers, clues, etc) it’s taken a lot of the fun out of this game. The card packs are dumb, serve no purpose and take far too long to collect.”

“Don’t subscribe!. I subscribed to the weekly WOW club to avoid ads. When I cancelled the subscription, my account showed the subscription end date, but I continued to be charged! None of the support/help links in the app work so requested a refund through Apple (hopefully that will stop the charges). I like the game otherwise.”
