“Gambling!!!!. Thought I was buying a collector boosters pack but it’s just a chance to win it off a randomized roll. Scam Gambling app!!!”

“★☆☆☆☆ — Buyer protection advertised, but no refund. I paid $76.75 for a two-shoe bundle from Shoebus featuring pink and gray Adidas Gazelles. Instead, I received different shoes, with one in size 7and the other in size 6½. I submitted a support request on October 23 with photos documenting the incorrect items and followed up after receiving no response. My request was escalated to Whatnot Support on October 25, but the ticket eventually showed as expired without a resolution. I received neither an exchange nor a refund. Whatnot advertises buyer protection, but in my experience, that protection did not deliver when I received items that didn’t match my purchase. Having a documented complaint expire while I was waiting for help is unacceptable. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the platform.”

“Scam and Stolen items. This app is horrible because I had been scammed twice for two purchases and they gave me credits as a refund and they are scammers and they banned by account for asking for another refund for a order I had in which I spent 500$ to only reduce pimple patches which is a joke I am never going to use this app again and I hope those who read this to be careful with what you purchase and to no even get this app at all”

“Stay away!!. This company is not afraid to steal from you. If you have an issue with a purchase and request a refund they will flag your account from receiving further refunds. Whatnot support is TERRIBLE. They are actively refusing to issue me a refund for items I bought but never received even though there’s proof the seller is willing to refund. Absolute nightmare! Their support email is AI (and lies about being AI) and entirely unhelpful. Not worth the headaches for the occasional good deal”

“Got screwed. I payed money for Lego figs and when they got here they did they never got here I lost like $50 on that because they never came and when I asked for a refund they said they can’t help me this app is not great with the support part if they fixed that it is a great app.”

“Bad app. Recently bought a new iPhone so he it didn't save any of my passwords, so I tried to log back into my account. It did not work. so I made a new account and I did not know that you apparently can't have two accounts that you sell cards on customer service is not friendly whatsoever. I tried to contact support and I never got a response overall, this company sucks.”
