Blood Pressure Log Record systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse manually to build your blood pressure history. HeartRate does not measure blood pressure. Blood pressure values require a separate blood pressure monitor. You can manually enter records or sync supported data from Apple Health. Health Records Save and manage blood oxygen, blood sugar, blood lipid, body temperature, and respiratory rate records in one place. These indicators require separate devices or professional testing methods. HeartRate only provides recording, tracking, and history management features.
