What the store says

Bravo Sudan Pay allows users to purchase international phone credit from mobile network operators (Zain, MTN and Sudani), pay international electricity bills, taxes, school tuition and other utilities. The app also provides users with QR code payment methods purchasing items at international points of sale (POS). Bravo is a simple app and targets users who want a quick and easy way to manage utilities. 1. Who are the users that will use the paid content, subscriptions, features and services in the app? Our users are mainly Sudanese residents who use the app to to top up their phones, pay their bills, purchase digital products and manage their finances through our app. The goal of the business is to grow outside of Sudan and provide these services across African countries, however, at the moment our user base is limited to Sudan. 2. Where can users purchase the content, subscriptions, features, and services that can be accessed in the app? Users can purchase phone credit or pay their bills traditionally or complete any of the services we provide by paying local stores in cash or visiting government offices. Our app provides users the luxury of completing these tasks from their phones. We work with Sudanese banks, mobile network operators and government offices via API to facilitate these services. 3.What specific types of previously purchased content, subscriptions, features, and services can a user access in the app? Mobile Network Top Up - Users can top up their phones (or any other phone) by inputting their number and the amount they would like to top up for. We provide this service for 4 Mobile Network operators - Zain, Sudani, MTN and Canar. Users pay for these services with their sudanese bank cards. We work with EBS in Sudan (Electronic Payment Services) to debit users bank accounts. We credit the phone numbers provided via direct API with the mobile network operators or we utilize EBS to complete both the debit and credit process. Bill payments - Users can pay their bills (like electricity or tuition) via our app as well. The concept here is the same as above. We work with EBS to debit users account and credit their accounts with billing companies. As of now, we provide this service for electric bills, government taxes and a number of post-secondary schools for tuition. Balance inquiries - Users can inquire about their balances in their bank accounts vi our app as well. EBS is also utilized here as a medium to connect with banks via API. Card balance transfer - Users can transfer balance between banks accounts. This also utilizes EBS. 4. What paid content, subscriptions or features are unlocked within your app that do not use in-app purchase? Balance inquiries - Users can inquire about their bank balances using our app for free. For clarification - our business model is connecting Sudanese bank card users to the mobile network and bill payments market. We intend to expand our customer base outside of Sudan and into African countries as a whole. At the moment, we do not directly work with banks, we work with EBS who provides us an API to allow users from various banks to use our app.
