“Written by the community is the go to. The original stories is literally a grab for your money. This whole app is. They offer a chest for daily log ins and it puts gems in them each day, but you have to pay 2.99. This game is literally infamous for taking peoples money because the gems are expensive, too! Episode is NOT, *NOT*, broke. Theyre just greedy. Support unknown authors. Episode is cancelled.”

“episode turned money hungry. this game was amazing years ago when there was no ticket pass refill system and all the other bs they’ve added. what upsets me is that even though i have VIP, i still have to watch ads to refill tickets, on top of that, when reading a story, i get slapped with “the next ____ episodes will release in TWO hours. pay gems to unlock now or wait!!!” like are u serious? even tho the story is complete, they either want us to wait it out or we have to pay. for $14.99/month i expect to have more rewards, such as more tickets, more gems, and definitely not run out of chapters to read before i have to wait or pay. they’ve become so money hungry and honestly it has caused some of the greatest creators to leave the platform. this app itself is also just buggy. you’d think that they would update their app to be more fluid and modern but it’s still giving 2013 HUD. i really wish they’d focus on bettering the app and not making us wait for chapters/spend so many gems on pointless bs.”

“Great game, the gem thing sucks tho.. I like episode, it’s really fun and the stories, but it just sucks that without gems I can’t do anything. It makes me crash out tens times a day, and rage quit because of the gem thing but it’s still a good game. I would rather have to watch ten adds to unlock one good answer while playing than pick a bad answer bc I don’t have any gems.”
