“Treated unfairly. I have been ordering from this site for years and have been very pleased with everything I’ve purchased. A couple of days ago I was alerted that my package was delivered, but it wasn’t there. I checked my cameras and mailbox, then clicked on the text it showed, which was someone else’s porch clearly not mine. I drove around the neighborhood to see if I recognized the door or porch but no luck. So I put in for a refund. Well they told me that I signed for the package which wasn’t true, I sent them a picture of the package being left on the porch and you can see the person’s shadow taking the picture. They denied the refund saying there was not enough proof. I have never returned that amount ever. Not sure how I feel about continuing to shop here anymore.”

“I purchased a item and I did not receive. I purchased a item that I did not receive. I also purchased the same item again because I did not receive the first item. And still today they have not refunded me my money I spent so much money with SHEIN I spent at least 500 to $700 a month. I’m very unsatisfied with SHEIN customer service and the pants were only $28 and they still refused to refund me my money. They didn’t even have the courtesy to offer me a store credit.”
