“Bring back notifications for favorites!. The best feeling when using this app was the thrill of racing to checkout for the singular bag your favorite place has for sale that day. You guys got rid of it, so now we have to stalk the app like it's a second job in the hopes of grabbing that elusive bag that only seems comes around when the stars align & when Mercury isn't in retrograde.”

“Missing review. I have a review weeks ago and it wasn’t posted. The app does not work, they are beta testing and I’m no longer receiving notifications. I told them I’m not sitting in my phone everyday to see when places post. That’s ridiculous, I have a full time job and rely on the notifications to let me know when my favs have bags to rescue. Not happy at all!!”

“Work on the app. App needs more variety of food and food that you can purchase before dinner time . I wish they could verify that your purchase was ready before you waste your travel time to find out that the store canceled your order because they ran out of food but did not notify till after you are already there . Talking to a real person would be better that constantly trying to explain to a robot why you want a refund or bad experience. I could go on”

“no notifications ruin the app. It's now nearly impossible to get already hard-to-get bags without notifications. Also their support is mostly AI and isn't helpful. Used to be great, nowadays not as much. You lost a customer, gonna need to bring back restock notifications.”

“New update broke the app. New update broke the app for me. The aspects of all the stores are now off and you can’t see the whole thing without clicking on it. All the boxes run into each other. I can’t report the bug because there is only an AI chat bot and it tells me to do way too much to report the bug and wait an undisclosed amount of time to wait for a human. Just fix it. I can’t use the app as is. I can’t be the only one.”

“Threatened/Perplexed. Hey! I'm an app developer, myself, who also created this business to raise funds for my child on the side. I signed up, got perplexed by a tax ID question because I have a Texas Cottage Bakery, and then final exams came up. I received a text message from someone saying they were going to delete my account because they can't get hold of me. I've never had someone threaten that before and it feels hostile. Not all owners want to talk on the phone nor do we like constant sales calls. Some of us have disabilities so we will get to finishing the sign up when we get to it. I mean, unless you have a certain amount of slots per user on your side that you're paying for if you're vibe-coding, I get it, but we don't know that. Guess I'll have to either stick to advertising on my site that I'm selling things for less at the end of the week myself, or, is there another app, or, maybe I should make an app like this, myself? You advertise promoting positivity; DO BETTER. Calling me from a NYC number and then threatening my is not the way the rest of America works. Nope. Toxic.”

“After update pictures won’t load. After the most recent update it will not load any pictures of the restaurants or once you click on them. This makes the app basically useless unless you have already ordered from a place and know what it is.”
