“$200 a year to be treated like a criminal. I pay over $200 per year for chess.com diamond membership. I was accused of violating fair play policies without any conversation. I was accused of abandoning my games by a random report of Another player. This is like the digital version of being sent to timeout in the corner. I am so angry and will be taking my chess forever to another site. This place is just terrible. So many bots and their policies are just wrong and ineffective.”

“Questionable Matchmaking and Unfair Play. I’ve noticed a frustrating pattern with this app. When I’m not paying for Premium, I constantly face opponents who seem to play with Stockfish-level accuracy. I’ll lose nearly 200 Elo, only for the app to later admit that one of my opponents violated fair-play rules and refund me a whopping 8 points. It’s insulting. The strange part is that when I subscribe to Premium, I start winning more games and climbing the rankings. Once my subscription expires, I can barely win. Am I supposed to believe paying for Premium suddenly makes me a better chess player? I can’t prove the matchmaking is manipulated, but the difference is hard to ignore. It makes me question whether the app is doing enough to prevent cheating or whether some opponents are even real players. The lack of transparency and inadequate rating refunds make the experience feel unfair. Chess should be about skill, not how much you’re willing to pay.”

“They will charge your card. I blocked the transaction they ran it 4 times on the fifth it went through I’ve been trying to contact them no response going to open a dispute with my card. Game of fun though 120$ not fun”
