“Shady and stole my money. Hello, I order my food at 7:45pm and at 9pm after the 3rd driver was waiting for my food I called taco maya and they stated the food was stolen and they told each driver. Uber offered a free cancellation so I did that and ordered food with taco maya directly and had to drive to pick it up my self. I finally ate 3 hour later. The next day uber charged me for the food. They credited partial as a credit and I had to use the chat and they were not able to give me money back to my account or even provide additional credits for this fiasco. So I got robbed twice, first my food, then uber lied about the free cancellation feee and robbed me again and lied. Due to horrible experience and even worst communication with customer service I am waiting for my money to be sent back to my account as I don’t want credits. Don’t use uber other platforms are cheaper and not as shady.”

“Horrible. I will never use uber again I pay almost 40$ for a ride 10 mins down the road! They make me wait 38 minutes to tell me my driver is 20 minutes away! Now I am late! Yesterday just cancelled after 30 mins due to no drivers and didn’t refund me! Now talking me 10 days for a refund! Lyft would never, I will be using Lyft exclusively from not on and cancelling my uber one!”

“Horrible Customer service. Akash was not helpful at all with my concern and just shut down the conversation with disregard with anything I had to say. Uber please do better with your customer service because this is the second time I have not gotten an order and they have refused a refund. I would recommend to not use this app as customer service is very hard to get through and explain any situation. As of today I am done. Never again as they have horrible customer service agents who refuse to help you and hear you out with a concern or situation. Zero stars across the board.”

“Too expensive for mediocre service. This has nothing to do with the drivers, but im cancelling my uber subscription and gonna stop using this app. You have consistently charged me very high prices only to have drivers from the furthest distance handle my requests and ive tried endlessly to accomadate this by ordering earlier and earlier- but no matter what this service gets me to my destinations very late due to “high demand” even though i see SO many ubers in my area roaming or dropping off customers that coulda handled me. Im not paying 55$ to 100$ for a trip that has me far too late for a service that has consistently netted me the furthest away drivers ever to the point that i could wake up at 5:00 am and STILL be late for work. This is insane. The drivers are perfectly fine no issuses with them this is strictly an issue with the platform/service. This isnt right, yall need to fix your situation. But ya probably wont since it seems like this service is focused on giving the drivers so little for what they do whilst scamming the HELL out of passengers.”

“Uber has gotten inaccurate wait times. I believe the app is broken. It never tells you accurate arrival or pick up time before paying.and the drivers just rotate you like s ping-pong ball. It used to be accurate on telling you how much time before it oichd you up. Now they only send your requests to cars 15 to 20 mins away.”

“No Customer Service. There is no way to communicate with the company. Uber’s App recently mistakenly booked a scheduled airport pickup on the wrong day due to an overnight flight. They charged me for a no show. There’s no way to resolve this. I have disputed multiple times with no response. This is the epitome of enshi-tification.”
