  “This app is a Scam and a COPYCAT. I tried to order my sister a new Nintendo camera, the first thing I noticed is this app literally turned into Temu which if you don’t know is also just a scam and just a straight waist of time. When I ordered it, I put my new address and they switched it to my old address a day later. When I tried to report it saying they sent it to the wrong address BEFORE it even sent it tried to get me to pay more for it. THIS APP IS A SCAM. Just stick with Amazon genuinely.”

Very good customer service.The only time I have to purchase from AliExpress because I can’t find the items at Temu. Free shipping needed to pick up items from’Choice’. Otherwise the shipping costs are very expensive. I had received a pair of defective shoe they had refused to exchange If I have to return I needed to pay for shipping. No customer service at all.   “More Improvement needed c. I am still having problems with the app getting me stuck on the customer service section. When I end the session with CS & finish review the back arrow doesn’t allow me to exit the page. I have to exit the app completely and wait 10 mins or more. It’s really time consuming& irritating, especially when you have a question about a product & instead of a normal seller question page, it takes me to choice customer service. Can’t leave that page at any point, have to exit app & wait several mins. Other comment, moving to all or mostly AI responses in Customer Service is not good. Need to hire, bring back or keep Live Customer Service people. When I ask if I’m talking to a live agent, not getting the truth, they say yes & feel responses are fro AI or Computer. Have not changed my mind on all recommendations below. To many automatic messages from your vendors. A new suggestion I think: Please, Please, Please, give your customers the ability to delete items when a sale transaction does not go through! Typically order multiple items at a time and depending on the number and what it is my bank, sometimes reject those purchases for fear that they are fraudulent. Each time this has happened. I called the bank. Tell them to provide the clearance for a sale to go through. The big problem is now have all the items and individual payments. I cannot purchase this way particularly because multiple transactions will be flagged by my bank plus I don’t wanna take the time to go in and buy each individual item. I do not see any ability to be able to get rid of these items so that I can go back and re-order them again, all at once versus trying to do them individually, which, as I said, will never be accepted by my bank. I can’t be the only person that’s having problems with us and getting rejections from banks. Please look at this. This set up is costing you money because I get so frustrated. I decide to go to Amazon to order it instead. Thank you. ****You must implement an easier way to STOP UNWANTED MESSAGES from vendors.***Set up the option to have user have to check box to get unsolicited messages. There are so many messages from vendors I missed a message about returning a dress for refund and can’t get my money back on a dress sewn on backwards. It’s ridiculous to have messages flooded into our message center and I have stopped ordering higher end items from your site as a result. Also, Need more time on refunds, traveling for work and I sure others have busy lives as well , it should be 30 days if you want to compete with other sites! This has also made stop ordering higher end and multiple items at a time. 3/24 Hey guys, I have not been able to get any help with fixing the glitches that is not allowing me to directly attach an item with a message or question about that item to the item seller. This is causing great problems for me and reducing the # of purchases. Please have someone email me with a fix, I’ve tried all suggested options for fixing this thru your help desk to no avail. Also can you make it easier to get rid of spam advertisements from sellers every time we open an item. I am loosing important messages due to volume. It’s not my personal email & I refuse to spend my time cleaning out unwanted messages that are ads. Have one button to if a person wants to eliminate this, not have to go into each message, take a look at my messages & you will understand. Thanks Happy with App. I have been providing suggestions to improve buyer experience. I have provided another suggestion below. I haven’t been having problems lately with getting help after purchasing products. Two vendors did not have my items in stock after I purchased them. They would not refund my money when I asked them to and instead try to send the same items but in different colors after I had specifically told them I did not want the item unless it was in the color that I ordered. It would be great if AliExpress could be set up to notify the buyer that the item is not in stock in the color that they requested. And then have a button that indicates whether or not the buyer still wants to proceed with the sale if available in a different color and same size. This takes the option out of the sellers realm and squarely in the buyers realm where it should be if seller doesn't have the exact item in stock.”

It shows a different day before and then after like a couple of days I go to check it again and then there’s a different date. It says it’s coming on December 24 to the 30th for the outfit and then for The boots it says it’s coming on November 10 to the 17th. This is unacceptable. Please fix it.”
