“SCAMMERS!. I downloaded this app and had paid to finish a story. They ended up making it a weekly VIP membership. I tried to cancel, it claimed that it cancelled and then I got charged again tithe next week. I canceled again and the same thing happened the following week. They totally ignore your requests. I had to cancel my credit card because they wouldn’t stop charging. I’m still getting notified that my payment to them was declined.”

“Deceptive advertising. Scrolling Facebook and came across one of these videos. The “watch more” option pops up. Explaining to “watch it all for free. No subscriptions. No paywalls.” And wouldn’t you know, you have to pay to watch it. What a crock”

“Sordid stories. There’s a lot of stories I love to watch, but the subscription is pretty expensive. So u use earn points to watch more but it’s a lot of work. I’d much rather paying subscription but not by weekly. $20 a week is a lot. It’s better off looking for monthly subscription”

“Misleading Special 11.99 for three weeks. I was fascinated by an offer of $11.99 for three weeks but then got billed for $11.99 each week. And I had to jump through hoops to cancel. No way am I paying a car repair for Ai videos that have the same character playing in every voice and features. Good story lines got you sine starts but the bugs and repetitive characters took you down to two stars. Oh and your prices are highway robbery. Instead of greed you need to be realistic with your pricing while perfecting your app.”

“Beware of recurring charges!. I tried to cancel my GoodShort subscription, but I was charged another $19 even after attempting to cancel. This is extremely frustrating and makes me question the transparency of their subscription and billing process. Be very careful before subscribing. Make sure you understand how to cancel and keep an eye on your bank statements to ensure you aren’t charged unexpectedly. A subscription cancellation should be straightforward, and customers should not have to keep worrying about unwanted charges. I hope the company addresses this issue and improves its cancellation process and customer support.”

“Love the shorts, hate the app. Love the shorts, but I just had to quit the app 5 times during a single short because it continuously freezes to the point of being unresponsive. I don't even have to do anything. It could be transitioning between episodes and it'll freeze. Would love to watch more, but with all these bugs it's a waste of time at the moment.”
