“Be careful scams and no customer service. I got scammed buying a product using this app because one of the vendors apparently wasn’t an authentic business. The store disappears and SHOP offered absolutely 0 customer service. It’s all ai. I highly recommend going elsewhere to avoid a similar situation.”

“Pillows and pillow cases. The delivery driver left the package by the road next to a rural mailbox instead of driving up the long driveway to the house.”

“Got only half of my order. I ordered two pairs of Sigvaris compression socks and there was just one pair delivered. And the “Shop Sigvaris” website has no option for “customer support.” And this order form has no button for “how was your order?” or other option for recourse.”

“The Bare Minimum - Can’t Even Do That.. You’d expect a shopping app to do the bare minimum. Order was covered by a $20 credit, but when going to checkout, I get an error that won’t let me add a card # (even though my order is 100% covered by the supposed credit they gave me). I’m sorry but if this app cannot do the bare minimum of what a shopping app is supposed to do and… literally just finish a checkout for an order, that’s sad.”

“Raptor truck grill. The ad is very deceiving showing you get all this stuff. It was 349 but you can get it for 35 and telling you that you can get the grill and everything them. Stupid letters weren’t worth no $349. It’s a big scam to get you to buy stuff. I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I’m a go online and post this company to the whole Internet everywhere in every place I can find tell them you’re a freaking scam and I want my freaking money back.”

“Why no more Ping. The only reason I got this app was to track merch deliveries. For a long time now, even with notifications turned on, I get no pings on progress & when it was delivered. Tell me how to fix, or fix it please.”

“Easy order no follow up. Yes, it is super easy to order things from here however, when something doesn’t arrive, there’s no way to follow up on it”

“Feedback for Vendor?!?!. Where the hell do I give grief to the vendor through your app? Seure takes forever to get here then it’s not the complete order. I want my product!”

“No package delivered. Shop notified me that my package was delivered and the package was not delivered. Also, Shop’s website is very difficult to make changes to my subscription.”

App details: Apple iTunes Search API, updated Nov 3, 2026, 1:44 AM UTC.
Rankings: App Store chart positions we collect several times a day. A missing rank doesn't mean zero.
Downloads and revenue: AppTrendKit estimates, not official Apple or developer numbers. Revenue is what users spend, before Apple's commission.

Country figures are each storefront's own chart-based estimate and never show more confidence than the worldwide figure. Worldwide downloads can be higher than their sum: they also count storefronts where the app doesn't chart (priced from rating activity) and storefronts we don't track.
