“Genuine message. Early review. I would like to discuss further with management before making assessment and if unable to do that, business will be discontinued. But so far willing to give a chance, but if I receive no word. I have no choice but to move on but the most important note I will leave is I will be more than willing to apply funds to the service along with generous positive advertising. I honestly just want to put their money where their mouth is and see if they actually contact me. Like a real person because I have genuine issues with this product that I need to discuss and if they can not do that, I will not put money into this product like I have before thank you. I’m assuming that My account has my email. Please contact me on that.”

“It’s alright. The VPN is great but I have problems when I first download it the first first time and it was smooth for my phone cause my school WiFi is bad.. so I download it it was smooth no problems at all everything is smooth and good then right now and yesterdays i was having a problem and I press connect and it says something went wrong I did every step.. my phone was laggy the vpn was connected and everything I tried connecting to the New Jersey server it didn’t work and I tried the Boston server I connected and it connected but my games was laggy… I love the app but the servers laggy but nothing bad tho but it’s great app for people”

“BUG: Hard freeze on "Chai" ad during server switch (v2.58.0). App Version: 2.58.0 (Oct 22, 2026) Device: iPhone 16 Plus (iOS 27.0.1) Issue: (v2.58.0) update completely broke server switching. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Attempt to switch servers. 2. "Chai" ad triggers. 3. UI completely freezes (no buttons respond). Troubleshooting: Tested 13 times. The only recovery is manually disabling the VPN profile in iOS Settings, but the freeze repeats immediately on the next connection attempt. Impact: Hard blocker making the VPN completely unusable. The app worked flawlessly prior to today’s update. Please check the ad network integration for the Chai ad causing this lockup ASAP. Summary: I will update my review back to 5 stars once this bug is resolved.”

“impossible to use. everytime I open the app, a giant "update to newer version" message pops up. it won't let me update at all, and there is no way to close the pop up and try to use it either”

“Basic lack of clarity and simplicity. When adding another device there’s no simple path. There’s no way to login on other devices without it asking first for email and password in which on initial purchase on my tablet it just ask for email then you are activated. Very shrewd way in hoping customers will download on other devices and pay again. When inquiring about how to add other devices it then sends link to email go figure then that email just tells you to download the app. Textbook scam . However credit to this app they’re not the only ones. Norton has also resorted to these tactics in cahoots with Apple Store to duke customers out of money”

“Forced Private Info Share. Instead of having a hit no not to track they have a list so long that you must individually check that not sharing your data for others to track it and them to track it would take reading the entire terms and condition of a 100 page contract worth of clicking. Should be taken to court.”
