“Shady billing practices. Run away from these scammers. Dual billing charging both through Apple Pay (subscription cancelled) but still charging my card on a phantom acccount I can't find. Contacted support. Have to go through a dispute with my credit card company and have further filed a formal complaint with the California attorney general. Best to avoid The worst of the lot”

“DO NOT TRY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN REPEATEDLY AFTER CANCELLATION. If I could give this zero stars I would. I was so excited for this trial and I loved it. However, when I cancelled 24 hours before the $27/week charge they continued to create fake accounts and charge my card for 3 weeks in a row stealing almost $100 from me after I deactivated and deleted the account in the appropriate amount of time. Don’t bother trying to contact them either because they make it almost impossible and they don’t answer. Save yourself the hassle and go to another app just like this, this one is garbage and a scam!!!”

“Make you work for it to cancel subscription. I got this at a while ago. Thought that the VIP monthly subscription was worthwhile. But didn’t use the app for a period of time. Went to go ahead and cancel my subscriptions as I no longer use the app, and had to go through hell to cancel. Subscription should be managed by the App Store in which the app provides no way to order your subscriptions through the App Store. It takes you to a website to do so. Be careful if you subscribe.”

“Over priced AI Garbage. $5 for a THREE-MINUTE episode or $13 a week?! Have y’all lost your minds? 😂 AI-generated actors, ridiculous plots, and cliffhangers every 30 seconds. ReelShort, you are NOT Netflix! At least they have full length for what they charge which is less than y’all. My time is valuable, and your app isn’t worth extravagant ridiculous premium prices for bargain-bin predictable AI soap operas. Get so for real right now! 🤢😵 Don’t get scammed! If I could give zero I would.”

“Doesn’t load. I Downloaded the app did everything I was supposed to do and couldn’t watch anything. It would load for 5 mins and play about 3 seconds of the video and then repeated about 10 times before I was fed up and deleted it all. It’s trash and also not free like it promised.”

“Kept charging after unsubscribing. I wanted to try this app out so paid for one week ( 13$) after a couple days I divided I didn’t like it and unsubscribe , deleted , and even went to my phone apps store to ensure unsubscribed … it charged me 25$ for three weeks with out any notification! I wrote them an email with proof of charges, proof of deletion and , of course, no response. I do not recommend.”
