“BEWARE DO NOT USE!!!. Searching for car rentals, main car rental companies named but some not even listed when car is chosen. The cheapest prices show the rental company as exclusive, but turns out to be a company called CarlaRentals, which has a horrible reputation for adding on full insurance and not even being able to reach any customer service or get refunds. Don’t think I will continue with this SKY app , as if they are misleading with car rentals, I cannot afford to use them for flights or anything. Beware!!!”

“Keeps freezing. I don’t typically take the time to leave a review, but I’ve honestly been so annoyed by this app that I feel it’s only justified. Every time I try to use this freaking app it freezes on me and then I have to delete it and reload it. the website may be good. The app is a giant piece of garbage.”

“Unfortunately unreliable. I set a price alert for direct flights from IAH to Montego Bay Jamaica on December 30 departure to January 5 arrival. At some point Skyscanner lost track of the only direct flight on those dates which is United airlines from those destinations and it didn’t inform me about the price increase that was happening because it no longer even shows that flight or any direct flights for those days. I found out the hard way that the only reliable way to see all flights is to just go directly through the airline apps. The flight has now gone up $300. I’m canceling my trip because of this.”

“No obvious way to turn off price drop notifications. The app itself works fine as far as searching for flights and tracking prices. But someone needs to fix the settings to make it easy to turn off the notifications for a particular route price drop. I’ve been all over the app, the website, their help section, Google, even enlisted ChatGPT’s assistance. Can’t find the setting to turn it off. Annoying and unnecessarily difficult.”
