“It won’t never respond for requests pickup. I was so mad, I paid it for need cheaper price ride. And it takes forever, then I got cancel to ride, but I but “wait on time” but still no response for request pickup, so I cancelled ride, so I just paid cancel & fee for $1. I’ll never uses this app ever again! >:(”

“Terrible service and drivers. The customer support is honestly awful. They take 5-10 mins to respond with short simplistic answers that aren’t helpful. The drivers in Asheville , none of them speak English but yet all of them have the ability to drive for Lyft. The cars are always freezing when it’s 40 degrees outside and if you ask the driver to turn on the heat guess what? They can’t understand you or they ignore u. My drivers have lied and kept the ride going after I’ve been well into my apartment and guess what ? I’ve taken those charges . This is my only form of transportation, but it’s seems like it’s more of a scam than an actual form of transportation. If you want to waste your money by getting into a frozen car when it’s frozen outside , having to pay more for a ride than needed and also being told by support “we’re sorry , here’s a $5 credit for your $25 ride” . Go uber. They actually take time to ensure their drivers can actually drive and are up to an actual standard.”

“App-breaking pop up, when connecting to CarPlay. For the love of all that is holy... get rid of the pop up that appears when you open the Lyft driver for the first time after connecting to car play. If you turn it on, while not connected to CarPlay, the app behaves normally. Then, if you connect to CarPlay, there's a little pop up that appears, that you have to click the exit button to get rid of it. If you don't have the app open when you connect, it appears the next time you open the app. The problem? If connect to CarPlay when you DON'T have the app open, and get a ride request... as soon as you open the app, the stupid CarPlay pop up appears... AND THE RIDE IS LOST FOREVER. It doesn't come back when you get rid of the pop up. Just gone. No other app in the App Store has this annoying pop up. Namely- Uber Driver app. They don't have one. So, it's not a requirement in place by Apple. Get rid of it.”
