  “Good program; one minor problem. I’ve been using this app for years, and it’s done wonders for me, from private videos to school projects. However, recently, I noticed that when you use the curve pitch tool, the pitch stays the same, where the pitch used to slow down with the speed like normal. Even when the standard pitch tool has the toggle option to enable or disable that, the curved pitch tool doesn’t have this option. Please, please, PLEASE add that “original pitch” toggle to the curved pitch tool, it was so good otherwise. Other than that, I haven’t much qualms about it, but I hope this gets seen by the devs of this app, I wouldn’t want it to go into the gutter like numerous other programs.”

  “Fix the problem. I am so sick and tired of this happening. I’m working for hours on a video and then I’m not able to download it the app keeps crashing. I’ve been using this app for years and dealing with this issue that they still haven’t fixed despite all their updates, and I’m sick and tired of it. It’s time to find a new app”

  “If I could leave -5 stars I would. I’ve been having issues saving any longer videos, or any videos actually — which the app a video editor…..so??? I’ve cleared my drafts, cache cleared and tried saving in multiple ways whether 4k/30 1080/50. And of course you find out after spending hours editing. If this app decides to focus only on short form you’ve lost a lifetime customer as I’ve used this app for all my long and short form content for years now. Please fix this issue as it’s literally a fundamental of what this app is.”

  “I own this app on Android. I used to own this app on Android, then I switched to iPhone, and now they don’t even sell it as a whole. You have to buy a monthly subscription to it, and it’s not even that great of an editor. The fact that they even think that it’s that kind of an editor that they can charge a monthly subscription, the jokes on them I would consider subscribing, but the fact that their ads just run and you can’t take their inshot off and you just let the ads run, run, run, run, and I’m going to a different editor. This one doesn’t even have AI. It’s nowhere near as powerful as anything adobe or Apple related. I used to love this app. This was my favorite editor and they literally have just destroyed it from the ground up. They’re not making friendly, let’s gear towards kids. Let’s forget about the adults. You guys are pathetic. Grow up, make the app more adult, less kids. This was a flawless app one time”

  “Where’s the option to modify the bitrate?. It’s not a bad app. But it reduces my video quality too much. Is there ever going to be an option for users to choose the bitrate they want to use when exporting the finished video? Because I don’t like how my 1080p 30 fps video I add a watermark to becomes 40% smaller when I export it from InShot, even though I made sure the export is set to 1080p 30 fps like the raw video”

  “Lately- unhappy with performance. I’ve used this app on and off for a few years and then decided to upgrade to the paid version. Now I’m getting issues with edited videos saying “failure to convert”. And refusing to save or export. I’ve tried all the suggestions. Clearing the cache, making sure I have enough storage (I do), trimming off the beginning and/or the end clips. Decreasing the quality prior to export. It’s just kind of frustrating that it seems there’s no way to resolve this. Really don’t want to jump ship to the other well known editing app because it’s much more expensive, but I just might have to.”

  “Stopped Working. Out of nowhere it won’t save my videos anymore. I have used InShot for 100 plus videos. I paid to upgrade. I have done EVERYTHING it has asked me to do. Updated, clear cache, shorten video. Won’t get past 31% it’s not a long video. I have EMAILED them 3 times. No response! Don’t waste your time or money. Very frustrating because I send a lot of time of my videos sometimes hours. Go to save. To NOT SAVE!”

  “It’s good for short videos. I’ve been using InShot for years and it is great for editing shorter videos. It is not dependable when it comes to editing longer style videos. I have yet to make a long video and not struggle with the difficulties that come with them. It just gets super laggy, my phone overheats, and it won’t let you download the video. (I have a newer iphone, so I promise that’s not the problem). It can handle 1 to 3ish minutes vlogs, but anything over that just becomes choppy and so difficult to edit. But again, for short videos, I would recommend.”
