“Not happy. Tried to cancel subscription from the app like they tell you to. You have to do it from the website. I didn’t see it before they charged me for the month. They wouldn’t refund me my money. Also not all basketball games from your team will be on this app.”

“Customer service. The app recognized me as being in another country (!?!?), so it wouldn’t let me finish my NFL game. The chat with customer service has taken more than 30 minutes and they’re telling me I don’t qualify for a refund.”

“Not worth the $$. I pay to have DAZN exclusively to watch Spurs games. I have experienced consistent and frequent freezing during every single game, during pivotal moments of the game. It’s very frustrating that as a Spurs fan the only way to watch more than half of the games is on DAZN but it’s for a minimum of $20, but yet the quality of this is app is terrible. Not to mention the repetitive same 10 ads you’re going to see over and over. For the price you’d think you get all the games but nope you only get the DAZN exclusive games. It’s just not worth the money they charge to have such a terrible freezing experience combined with everything else. Spend your money elsewhere and catch the highlights online after.”

“Email issue. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Cant even do something as simply change my email. I used my Apple ID to sign in and now I can’t sign in anywhere else because it says my actual email is invalid. It wants me to create a new account and pay 2 times. I contacted customer service and basically was told that it can’t be done. That was after they gave me someone else’s personal information”

“Garbage for 100s+ a year. This is the clunkiest, glitchiest sports streaming app I’ve ever seen. I have to pay 20 a month to get the Grizzlies game when last year I could get them for free. Right now I’m starting and restarting the app because every eight minutes or so it says there’s some error. Every other streaming app works fine. Currently I’m waiting for the Home Screen to load so I can restart the game I haven’t been able to watch for the last ten minutes, and then, rinse and repeat, it will crash again. It’s already glitching. I hate that the NBA is working with them, exploiting those in local markets (I live three hours away from Memphis but can’t watch them on league pass). I want this for one thing and am way overpaying for terrible functionality. An awful, awful app.”

“CHARGE $90 FOR NO REASON AND LAGS A LOT. There’s is not “free trial” I was charge and when I tried to play it on my tv it said I was watching it on other devices I had already logged out of all other devices and wasn’t watching it anywhere else. This is terrible and I couldn’t get back my $90”
