“I made a mistake. I made the mistake of downloading the Disney application with advertising, (I rent 3 movies a year) and believe me it's more fed up than YouTube. And the worst of all is that the system is designed to manipulate you and never shows you the option to "cancel subscription" it only shows the option to delete account, which also shows you a route to cancel that cannot be followed, it is false. Attitude worthy of large companies that want to grab your pocket and never let it go.”

“Fix or Delete “Households” system. “Households” system is broken and needs to be fixed or deleted. Ever since this system has been introduced I have had issues logging in to almost every single tv and device that is connected to my WiFi network. I should not have to relogin to every device with the message saying this device is not in your household, everytime I want to watch Disney+. It then takes 15-20 minutes to get around the system and logged in. This highly deters me from watching Disney+, and has even made me think about unsubscribing from Disney+ and not using it anymore.”

“Buggy. For paying to also have ads but then have the app freeze at 2 seconds of ads left is really annoying. As a developer or tester I’d be a bit embarrassed. Sometimes fast forward works sometimes it just has you watch more ads.”

“Great content horrible app. CONSTANTLY signs out of your account and makes it extremely difficult to sign back in. Very frustrating when you go to watch something on Disney plus just to find out that your account was randomly logged out. When you try to sign back in using a mobile device it says the code is wrong. Please fix this it’s very disappointing considering what a Nick company with such a huge budget”

“Why does all the apps suck. I have always had some issue with Disney+. Whether it has been on the computer(doesn’t like one browser or another) or the TV(no longer supports the entire brand) or the tablet(refuses to work. I’m just tired of this. On the TV I can watch until the first ad break, and then it won’t run, it’s just on the last 2 seconds of the ad, forever. It’s always buggy and I’m sick and tired of their ai chat bot support center. Buy physical copies, this isn’t worth it.”
