“A Waste of Time and Money!. This game is designed to frustrate players on purpose! The levels become ridiculously difficult, and it feels like the game wants you to waste your coins and spend real money just to win. You can play the same level over and over again without making progress. Instead of being fun and relaxing, this game becomes stressful and annoying. It feels unfair and manipulative. I downloaded this game to enjoy myself, not to get frustrated. I do not recommend it!”

“Absolute scam of a game. This game is set up to get players to spend money. Most of the time you will finish levels a turn or two away from beating it and too often to not be a coincidence. Game has been ruined by developers greed. Deserves zero stars”

“Cheat.. This game is rigged just to get you to pay. There are times it moves the wrong piece just so you can’t clear the board. Gets to the point. Where you have to pay to continue playing well you’ll be stuck forever once you pay it’s funny how you can clear that board with 10 moves to spare”

“New issues. There’s no way to report issues when identified. I recently collected cards enough to do a 500 level but when you go into the cards, it doesn’t show the values so you can’t get the full package. I’m not sure how to report it because it’s found in their FAQs.”

“Problem with royal match. Very Disappointed with Royal Match I have been a loyal Royal Match player for a long time, but my experience has become extremely frustrating. Players on the exact same level are receiving completely different numbers of moves. I have only 10 moves, while another player has 23 moves on the same level! I lost over 60,000 coins in just 5 days because of this unfair difference. I contacted customer support several times by email and Facebook, but nobody has responded. I deserve an explanation and a fair solution. Please investigate this issue and take loyal players’ complaints seriously.”

“I have to stop playing. It cost too much money if you wanna get something and get somewhere, it takes too long to win it just set you up to spend money. It’s stupid so I have to quit. Sorry either that or never spend any money and never win any games it takes forever to do anything, so whatever kind of ruins the game.”

“Game is ok. Wish we had more opportunities to save the king. Have to wait so long to get a variation on the game play. Game glitches and have tokens disappear from my bank. Also I continually have to buy more tokens every n order to keep the super light ball bonus going. No discounts ever.”

“Wish it had ads so I didn’t have to pay. The game starts off enjoyable but as it gets harder (I am in the mid hundreds), it becomes so difficult that you may spend 20+ attempts to win a round. That ruins trying to do the events. Starting layouts are so limited that stating items given make your chance for winning harder. A different game I play lets you watch an ad to continue if you run out of moves. This makes you repeat over and over or spend money.”
