“Waste of money. I paid $4.99 for the trial and then bought additional coins and the ai videos either horribly distorted the person or didn't add them to the video at all. Charged me 50 coins for one video and all I got was literally the exact same template video. Huge waste of money.”

“Is this a joke? This app stole my money and did not provide the service I purchased.. Been trying to make the studio rap video for literally 4 days now and every single time, it says it’s under maintenance. I’m 1 day away from asking for a full refund, fix your app MOMO. UPDATE: Customer support reached out to me and told me they cannot refund me if the app was purchased on Apple App Store / Google Store. I assumed it was a joke, because where else would you purchase this app, and why would your policy not warrant a refund based off of the App malfunctioning / not working? That’s stealing. Therefore, this app is definitely a scam, and the customer support is shady. Don’t let these poor business practitioners steal your money. Nevertheless— beyond the money, it’s about the principle. Zero customer service. I asked why did the points disappear that I purchased under the $5 trial? They have yet to respond. I have a YouTube channel dedicated to reviewing purchased products / apps / subscriptions with over 2M subscribers, so you better believe they will all hear about how MOMO treats it’s paying customers. Buyer beware.”
