“IOS 17.4.1. App isn’t working. Whenever I try to open the app, it starts loading but then suddenly closes and takes me straight back to my Home Screen. I’m not sure why this is happening, but I would really appreciate it if you could look into this issue and help me resolve it as soon as possible. I have over 2,000 songs saved in the app, and I can’t access any of them. I would hate to lose all my saved music, so I’d appreciate any help you can provide to get the app working again. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.”

“Greed. I canceled my subscription a month before a recurring charge. They refuse to let the next month go. I’m now una le to download apps on the App Store. The greed this shows is beyond me. If you’re an average American struggling, stay away from this app. They will take your last $20 even if it means you go hungry. Calling SoundCloud and apple support no one gave me any sort of help or answers. I was just told to pay the fee. I cancel the subscription 4 months ago and they still expect me to pay for a service I no longer use. 1/10 do not recommend this app to anyone. Take care!”
