“fun but has issues. overall a really nice game to pass time by, but the match game is buggy. I’ve had helicopters ignore level objectives, causing me to fail that level and it’s becoming insanely frustrating. Some levels are definitely pay to win. Lowering my rating even more because some levels are impossible even with addons and more moves. The RNG will only give you useless moves. JUST HAD ANOTHER LEVEL where I had such a good start and the keys will not move towards the end, they stay in the same spot. Now I lose all my power ups and get had stuck all over again until the game decides it wants you to win. Why do I use 15 moves worth of helicopters, bombs, and everything AND IT DOESNT MOVE? RIGGED”

“Expensive. I used to be a die hard lover of this game. This game had an inflation increase on all costs in the game this summer and it made playing the specials unachievable unless you want to spend $$$. How hard would it be to have the winnings on the specials be better, have higher coins or something. Spinning the wheel and getting less than 500 is sad. Playing plinko and getting 1 with a multiplier of 1 disgusted me. Also none of the ads actually happen in the game. I wish they would be available to play because they seem more interactive.”

“No purchase confirmation. When you accidently tap a plant you can end up purchasing something with in game cash, I recently lost a large amount (only a few dollars but horrible premace) by accidentlu tapping. The only support is a bot and it sent the following "The removal of the confirmation window was a deliberate design change by the developers, and the feature is no longer part of the game mechanics for anyone. I understand it feels unfair when an accidental tap leads to a loss of T-cash. However, because this was a design decision, I cannot re-enable the button or override the mechanic to refund the T-cash you spent. All transactions made with T-cash are final. I will record your comments regarding the missing confirmation button and share them with the development team as feedback." Secondly, there should be an ability to get a refund on the zoo if I'm playing with my girlfriend and she is unable to purchase it due to new design restrictions. Its unfair to certian players in the game that know about it and can't access it. Third, I wish the scale was better. Some inaccuracys (i.e. houses the same size as major buildings and people bigger than cars) could be made so much cleaner and make the game more enjoyable and realistic. I really do enjoy the game even if it doesn't sound like it. Its super smooth, has decent rewards on events, and really scratches a design itch me and my partner both have. The only thing inexcusable to me is no confirmation when spending cash and no refunds, just getting a cold bot if you try. Based on other games like this I'm sure I'd get locked out of my account if I submitted a refund to apple. If you grind for something you should be able to use it how you want, not by checking on your plants growth progress. I hope you guys keep goong and improving the game, please at least consider some of these changes. Thank you !”

“I DONT WANT MICROTRANSACTIONS. If you love wasting your time and money you’ll love this game! The matching game sucks. Seriously. The game intentionally makes it take days to pass some of the harder levels until the algorithm finally realizes you’re not going to by $3 worth of in game cash to buy 30 more move even though you only need 2-3. Screw this game. I’m not spending 3 real dollars to beat one level. The main game is no better, everything takes forever. You have to spend money or a week waiting in order to get resources to progress the game. The only reason I’m still playing this game is to get game currency in a game I actually like. Don’t play this game and definitely don’t buy anything in it. :)”
