“Great App, Ditch the AI tho!. This app/website is super easy to use and has made my business, schoolwork, art, and editing so much easier and sometimes fun. As a platform that started with art and real human drawn graphics, it is a shame to see it rebrand into an “AI Photo and Video Editor”. Bring back real art made by humans. There are many elements, graphics, designs, etc on here that are AI generated and it’s disappointing!”

“PREDATORY RENEWAL FEES. I have used this app for a few years now, I’ve been fairly happy with it, but then out of the blue today THEY CHARGED ME $300!!! What on earth could possibly cost $300 from canva?! After wrestling with logging back in and finding a window to contest this, I asked the AI bot which obliged me at least with my refund, but then told me it would be 21 DAYS!!. 21 days to be refunded $300. I don’t know what world they live in but that is some psychopathic behavior. Canva will never get another dime from me. Predatory AF.”

“sigh. when I tried the ai it was just absolute terrible. It was like you guys didn’t even try it. Whoever sees this, use anything else. Like, ANYTHING else. I’m pretty sure anything else doesn’t have AI slop like this stupid app. I am usually not this angry, but now I damn am. The AI is questionable. After coding something, 4 messages later, it basically forgets what it codes and forgets your name TOO. Honestly, I am saying this again, it is like the developers and coders didn’t even try to test it and will think that everything will be okay. NO IT IS DANG NOT Also, just a quick recommendation: the chats we deleted, can there be a way to recover them all, no matter what? then i’ll think of giving this a five-star review Sincerely, dang I’m a reviewer”

Nothing you recommend me is even remotely close to my style or what im trying to make why cant i control what it's recommending me I DONT WANT TO SEE 100+ Birthday invitation templates when IM NOT EVEN LOOKING FOR A BIRTHDAY FRICKEN TEMPLET I literally just want a cute background to put some photos on. “Repeated Unauthorized Debiting After Cancellation. Even after logging into the app multiple times and selecting ‘cancel’ - Canva charged my account for nearly 6 months. They offered to refund current month only - not other 5+. They blocked me from being able to contact them & didn’t ask me for updated payment details for the refund. Not a trustworthy company IMO.”
