“Will you stop removing my feedback. Will you stop removing my feedback it’s starting to get annoying and it’s still been more than a few hours! And there’s nothing unusual about any of the Gmail accounts especially the new ones and they aren’t spams either. Both the phone and number haven’t been used too many times for verification. Now there’s a glitch with the verification please fix it”

“Not intuitive. I had Google Photos and I guess it was backing up my camera roll. Whatever fine but then my storage was full and I noticed it was from all my photos so I reasonably went into Google Photos and deleted them all to free up my Google storage. The app deleted ALL my photos on my phone, which was not clear whatsoever. Thank God the only photos I didn’t delete were my wedding photos. Idk why it is not clear that Google links to your Apple photos but a major warning to anyone. I do not recommend allowing Google to have access to your camera roll and definitely do not back up your photos with Google.”

“Extremely disappointed. Although I’ve paid for Extra storage for so many years, backed up all of my photos and videos to the app, and deleted from my phone because the app says that’s safe to do, that everything is stored in the app safely. I cannot send old photos, because they cannot be found. I cannot watch old videos. Or hear people’s voices of who I loved and lost. This app is incorrect and lost thousands of videos, photos and the memories in them all. Do not fall for the scam.”

“Drag Select Multiple Photos NOT WORKING and issues with face groupings. You cant press, hold and drag to select multiple photos/videos anymore!😡You have to tap each photo individually to select multiple photos now. PLEASE FIX THIS!! If I need to add hundreds of pictures to an album I don’t have hours to select photos one by one. Google Photos used to be excellent with face grouping, but it’s a mess now and keeps getting worse and worse. It doesn’t recognize faces in some photos, which means you can’t manually label it because it thinks there is no face to label. Then on the photos it does add to a face group, it labels the wrong person or pet. I find myself spending hours trying to fix and remove these photos. I have used Google Photos for years and loved the look and ease of being able to organize and find photos of my loved ones. Now it is not worth the hassle and effort and I will be searching for an alternative. Please do better and fix your once amazing product”

“Terrible UX. It’s really clear the google photos iOS team put zero thought into the UX of this app. It’s basically impossible to use this app if you don’t have automatic backup on. News flash, not everyone wants every photo backed up hence they don’t automatic backup. They want to manually select photos. Unfortunately manually uploading photos to albums is such a broken experience. And don’t even get me started on the fact if you scroll the “photos library” in the google photos iOS app it shows non uploaded photos from your local phone camera roll. Making it hard to tell what photos are backed up. TL;DR this is a half thought app you’re better off using competitors like iCloud or Amazon Photos for cloud storage if you don’t already pay for some google subscription.”
