  “Need to make some changes. I really like Word and using it. However, some of the templates that I relied on have been removed and replaced with things I find useless. All of the templates for reports and meeting minutes or so forth are gone. I need them back. I am a legally blind person and rely on the guidelines and such in such kinds of documents. Without them, I end up using all documents and losing them in storage because they get replaced with the one that I do for something new. So please bring back the templates for meetings and some of the others that you took out and replaced with resumes maze and more resumes.”

  “Overpriced and worse than ever!!. I have purchased a full lifetime license for Microsoft for personal/ home use more than once. How this insidiously greedy company has not merely stopped supporting those versions in my devices but actually made them stop working with OS updates ought to be illegal. So we are forced to pay them for a product that has fewer actual features than older versions. Yet formatting documents is at least as glitchy as it ever was. Microsoft Office has not improved in at least two decades. I hate that it’s the industry standard. Greedy Microsoft should be ashamed!!”

  “Unreliable. No idea how this app has such high ratings.. I have had nothing but problems with this app. Between it not auto saving like it claims it does to completely deleting files, I’ve had it with this app. Not to mention you want to contact customer support? Go ahead and tell me how you got through the run around of parsing through tab after tab of “help” and they won’t even let you contact them. Go ahead and save yourself the headache and use any other word processor.”

  “Cursor malfunction. I use Word quite a bit but for some reason since the last update, the cursor kinda jumps wherever it wants to. It’s basically unusable now because not only can I not edit my documents, but i cant really read them either. I’ll scroll just a little bit and suddenly im 10 pages down from what i was reading. Please fix!”
