“(It's not the same anymore). I love the app but I got tired of paying and paying and these people don't do anything to fix something that was fine with the V5 or is it that they made the money they were going to make and they forgot about the ones we paid that's why we demand a good service I'm going to cancel my subscription this has been more than a month with this V6 that doesn't work (IT DOESN'T WORK) if they fix it I'll be back thank you”

“Having trouble. For some reason once in a while when I try to access the app, it doesn't load at all and it just freezes and no matter what I do it doesn't work unless I delete the app and re-downloaded. I'm a paying customer. This is an issue.”

“iPad version?. Could you please make an iPad version instead of just porting the iPhone one to the iPad? Would be nice to actually use it full screen.”

“Fix this bug!. I love what Suno allows me to do creatively, but the lack of proper landscape mode on iPad is a serious accessibility issue. I use an iPad mini 6th generation in a horizontal position because of my physical disabilities caused by a severe brain injury and strokes. The app displays sideways instead of properly adjusting to my screen orientation. I have managed to use it this way since I started using Suno, but it makes the experience unnecessarily difficult. I write my own lyrics and creative concepts, and Suno helps me bring my music to life when I cannot record my own voice in a traditional studio. This platform means a lot to me, and I want to keep using it. I contacted support and submitted feedback, but I hope the development team takes this accessibility concern seriously and adds proper landscape support for iPad users. Accessibility should help people with disabilities create independently, not make it harder.”

“REMOVE THE POP UP. What idiot thought it was a good idea to keep a pop up bubble constant that you accidentally hit all the time while holding your phone, while also making it tiny where you can't even see what song is playing. The people in charge of UI changes are idiots on here and it's exhausting to deal with.”

• Worse after an update18 reviews · 7%

“Terrible. Suno Needs to Bring Back Its Old Algorithm The new Suno update is terrible. The song-generation algorithm has gotten worse, and I’m extremely disappointed with the direction this app is going. I’ve been using Suno since around 2024 or 2025, and the older version was much better than what you’re giving users now. The way songs are generated has become incredibly frustrating, and I hate the direction you’ve taken with this update. Put Suno back the way it used to be. Restore the old song-generation experience and keep it consistent instead of continually changing things for the worse. Stop messing with something that worked better before. I’m so disappointed with this update that I’m ready to stop using Suno altogether. I’ve enjoyed creating music on this platform, but I’m not going to keep using an app that keeps getting worse instead of better. Please listen to your longtime users and bring back the old version. That’s what I want, and that’s what I’m asking you to do.”

“Don’t give them your cc information. Great for making music but it’s almost impossible to get them to stop charging my credit card. I have unsubscribed twice, got a new card, and they are still charging me $10 a month. It’s easier to get rid of diabetes than to shake Suno out of my wallet.”

“Suno’s AI Watermarking Policy Hurts Real Artists Who Use AI as a Creative Tool. I am extremely disappointed with Suno’s decision to embed AI-identification technology into music created through its platform without giving paying artists meaningful control over how their work is ultimately identified. Not everyone using Suno is asking AI to create an entire song for them. Real musicians, poets, vocalists, producers, and songwriters can bring their own lyrics, poetry, vocals, instruments, melodies, and creative direction to the platform and use Suno as part of the production, arrangement, or mixing process. Automatically branding the finished work as “AI-generated” can erase that distinction and potentially create a misleading impression about how much of the work was actually created by the artist. If I write my own poetry, perform it with my own voice, contribute my own creative material, and use Suno merely as a production tool, I should not have my entire finished work treated the same as something generated entirely from a prompt. This is especially concerning for paying customers who may have subscribed believing they could commercially release the music they created through the service. If Suno materially changes how downloaded works are labeled or tracked, customers deserve clear advance disclosure, meaningful choices, and an explanation of exactly what information is embedded in their files. Artists deserve transparency too. Suno should provide creators with clear provenance information showing which portions were AI-generated versus human-created, rather than applying a blanket designation that could diminish or misrepresent an artist’s contribution. At minimum, paying creators should know about these policies before purchasing a subscription or investing significant time and money into the platform. If customers were sold commercial-use capabilities without adequate disclosure of restrictions or permanent identification mechanisms that could materially affect those releases, those practices deserve serious scrutiny, including scrutiny from consumer-protection authorities and, where legally justified, the courts.”

• Usage limits6 reviews · 2%

“Misleading. After upgrading, I ran out of download credits. Suno’s page offered another upgrade, so I paid again—only to discover I still couldn’t download because I’d reached the 60-download monthly limit. That restriction should have been clear before accepting another payment. I only reached that limit because the app kept cutting songs off during playback, forcing me to download them to hear the full versions. I contacted support several times, but the issue remains unresolved, and I haven’t received compensation for the downloads wasted because of it. I’ve now downgraded and plan to stop using Suno soon. I’ve used other music apps that are more upfront about costs and more helpful when their own technical problems affect paying customers. I enjoy creating music here, but this experience has cost me money, time, and trust.”

“App freezing up. This app need more work. It freezes up when you open it and when you change tracks and or when you navigate through the app. I have to close out the opp and reopen it every times back to back before it works”
